This policy explains how Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd, trading as Cleared For Take-Off Academy ("we", "us", "our"), handles your personal information. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Your name and email address when you enrol, sign in, or contact us.
• Payment details, which are handled directly by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
• Your course progress (which lessons you have completed).
• Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to give you access to the course, send you sign-in and service emails, process your payment, respond to your enquiries, and improve what we offer. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the Academy. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Supabase (accounts and course data)
• Mux (video delivery)
• MailerLite (email lists and service emails)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Google (Search Console and analytics, where used)

Storage and security

Your data is access-controlled and held with the providers above. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will act in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or correct your personal information, or to delete your account and its data, at any time by emailing us. If you have a privacy concern, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run the site. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
