These terms apply when you use the Cleared For Take-Off Academy website and course, operated by Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd, trading as Cleared For Take-Off Academy. By using the site or enrolling, you accept these terms.

Your course access

Enrolment gives you access to the six course modules, the cheat sheets, the workbooks, the Tool Hangar, and the updates we release over time. Module 1 is free to preview before you buy. Access does not expire, although the course content may be updated or improved.

Licence and acceptable use

• Your access is for one person and one account. Please do not share your sign-in link or the course content.
• The course videos, workbooks and materials are our intellectual property and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them.
• Do not scrape the site, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the materials to train other systems.

About the credential

Any certificate or credential issued by the Academy is awarded by Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd, trading as Cleared For Take-Off Academy. It is not a government-recognised qualification, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by Anthropic or any other AI provider.

Disclaimers

The course is general information and education. AI tools change quickly, and we cannot guarantee any specific result. You remain responsible for how you use AI and for checking anything important before you rely on it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. We may update these terms from time to time, and will post the current version here with its date.
